Taco Libre - Edina

Consistently excellent and authentic tacos, nachos, and horchata. The highlight is definitely the salsa and sauce bar. I do miss the pickled onions they used to offer, but there are still about six tasty options to choose from. Food: 5/5

The pricing is quite reasonable. There is a good variety of options, and the ordering kiosk interface is excellent. Food rating: 4/5.

I ordered from Taco Libre through DoorDash and had the carne asada machete along with chips and queso. The carne asada was incredibly flavorful, definitely one of the best I've ever tasted. The chips were fresh, too. My only issue was the tiny container of queso. Overall, I’d give the food a 5/5!

Giving a 4.0 Was on a business trip and decided to take some dinner for my flight back home. First off, the service was great. Now let's get to the food...I order the Machete which is a 18 tortilla filled with 2 meat options, lettuce, tomato and Oxaca cheese. I'm not going to rate them on texture because that won't be fair since it was sitting in my container for about 2 hrs before digging into it.My 2 meat options were the Birria and Asada. The flavors were good and held up well; the tortilla not so much since it got alittle hard and chewy. But I'm not knocking them for that. My tortilla was cut in half to fit the to go box, but I would recommend eating it in house, it looked very appealing. I did notice one half had more meat then the other, so I was fiddling my meat to balance it out. Had the chips which were good and not oily nor salty. Grabbed a medium heat sauce and mild orange color one (can't remember the name). Mixed that bad boy together and I impressed myself with how well it went on my dish very flavorful.I did kind of pay for it afterward when my intestines consumed and insulted me in the process. Overall, I would try them again but may go easy on the sauce yeah I'm not the spicy type. ?

Food are okay, but the bathroom need cleaning it smell like urine. I will lose my appetite if I use the bathroom before I have my food.Service is self service, so nothing much to complain about it.
