El Portón Mexican - Edinburg

This restaurant offers fantastic food. I really enjoy their tacos; they are always fresh. The shrimp cocktail is quite good as well, and the enchiladas are delicious. I've been there twice and will definitely return. I give it a 10/10!

I had a fantastic lunch with delicious food! Unfortunately, when I visited, they didn’t have asado de puerco available, which was disappointing. However, the staff went above and beyond by asking the cook to prepare it just for me. Excellent service!

I was really impressed! The panchos and fajita tacos I ordered were delicious, and the tortilla chips were fantastic. I will definitely be returning.

Eating heard about good Tex sex. the enchiladas were great. like their chips and salsa sorte with bohnen. the service was a little slow and still super sweet, and I'm not sure this is a date night place, but we go back every time we are in this part of the valley.

Nice environment and super friendly and fast service. Food is good and their specialty is seafood. They have daily lunch specials, which the waiters are real good on commenting them before you order. They don't sell alcohol, which would make it perfect with the seafood. Also they lack parking space. O
