Gorditas Doña Lula - Edinburg

This place rarely seems to have any business, and the rude staff at the drive-thru certainly drive away customers. It's no surprise that it's always empty here. The workers at the drive-thru just open the window and stare at you without any friendliness—there’s absolutely zero customer service! Additionally, they seem really stingy with everything, not even willing to give extra salsa unless it’s in a tiny cup or not at all.

This is a great fast food option if you're looking for something other than a hamburger. They offer Mexican-style gorditas with a wide variety of choices. I particularly enjoyed the ones made with poblano pepper.

I waited 40 minutes for three gorditas, and the amount of filling was very small—not worth it. I won't be returning. It was also quite hot inside; they really need to use the air conditioning.

Why is it so hard for employees to have a better customer service? Lady at the drive thru window not a single word I understand when customer is rude therefore employee is rude, but I greet her to get nothing back, she had an rude face all the time! Not to mention that she almost threw my card back on me! Pls train your employees better!

Horrible customer service. I call them first to place an order and they put me in hold for 10 min. Since they did not take my call ,I decide to go to the place using the drive through, it took them 30 min to have 3 gorditas ready. I Decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else.
