I was referred to Mega chicken from a co-worker, it's a little Mom and Pop kitchen but the fried chicken is better than Popeyes and Churches I will continue to go here as long as I'm in the RGV area. If they would have had biscuits I would have given five stars.

It was alright. The cranky old man mentioned in some of the other reviews actually wasn 't that bad. Just be sure to have cash with you; they do not take cards. The equipment is very old-school, but I guess that 's part of the charm. Plus, they actually spoke English. I am uploading a newer picture of their menu. The one on here from 2016 is outdated.
