Feedback gevenI try to understand especially people who work in the food industry, but seriously, this place is a bad sweat! always moves us around to wait for our food and when they bring it out, it is in the rule wrong. I called her 800 number and reported a terrible bad experience and the manager was in contact with me. we talked about quality and service and they even offered me to send a voucher. we never got anything. Unfortunately there is not another mcdonald’s for a few miles, so if this is their only choice!
Worst experience. the order was completely wrong. horrid customer service. everyone works, we are teenagers. I couldn't get our order directly with our receipt. I'll never, ever go back. I thought the experiences of my other mcdonald were bad! they look great in comparison.
I have ordered a bunless big mac without salad, and I just have to say the coating on this looks really fancy, like something from master chef and I could not stop laughing about it. also really well tasted! the staff is always super nice and friendly when I go. they are getting excited because I come with a purse that like a happy meal box with fry and chicken nugget bag lol. my favorite place to go?
Once again I thought I would give them a chance and again I got the shaft! I thought I would do a mobile order, moved into my parking lot in the app and it said about 5 minutes, almost 20 minutes later I had to call the load and ask where my food was. How can the first restaurant with the car suck through the service for fast eating so bad at almost food?
Sign said on the door closes at 11pm, but it was 10.30pm and all the lights on with staff messing around inside with the doors locked. I guess the staff just close when they feel like it. Pleased I didn't go inside though, it's the dirtiest MD I've ever seen with dirty looking staff inside! ?
