Ruby Tuesday - Edinburgh

American classic all in all not bad but they could improve it.

We ordered 2 guac burgers and found out about 30 minutes later that they were out of guac. We said it was fine just make them regular because we really didn’t want to keep waiting for food. We could hear the whole conversation of our server trying to let them know that one was supposed to have no cheese but the cook decided to scrape it off and send it out anyway because apparently it was their last 2 burgers so when it was brought out I pointed out the rest of the cheese that was on the sides of the burger. He offered to get a menu again but we really didn’t want to wait another 20+ minutes to eat. The server was fine but the kitchen was not.

The best thing about the place was their salad bar. It was well stocked and had a good variety of items. That being said, it took forever to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. They attempted to make it right but failed. Won't be back.

Great food. Awesome service. Phyllis greeted us with laughter and took care of us after a 6 hour drive.

We had Easter lunch. They accommodated our family of 8. DaJon was our Bartender/ waiter. HE made the day! Very sweet, helpful, and QUICK/on top of IT! Atmosphere good except women bathroom door! It is horrible! Slammed like a gun going off! It's been like that for over a year. Please fix that! Some one is going to have a heart attack! Also half of salad bar lights were broke or off.
