Gordon St Coffee - Edinburgh

I would say a nice place to get good espresso and buzz. the toasts have tried that were beautiful and took some leaning for home. 1. edinburgh fry 2. yirgacheffe (see photos) the yirga I tried on a filter machine. texture is nice, a bit tuning required (bubbles on the sawn, overextraction) but between 25ml-30ml, that is ok. the taste is typical Ethopian coffee, the taste of tropical fruits like mango. I will soon check the edinburgh roast. from the color of the beans it is a light roasted coffee. another thing: shipping to the outside uk would be great

Delicious coffee beautiful variety of pastries, toasts and breakfast sandwiches. great that they have their own roast beans and capsules to take home! really nice staff.

Good place for coffee. sitting can be a bit tight when there is a lot.

Lovely place for a couple of coffee. There's an art gallery at the same place. I recommend this delicious carrot cake
