Best and most reasonable place for lunch. The meal of the day is outstanding every time!

Just having tea time on the train leaving Edinburgh now and finished one of the two tarts we bought from here. I should have bought more .

Misleading picture menu on the table of the Fresh Cut Croque Monsieur with appetising side salad, which actually appeared as a 2 thin processed sliced bread ham n cheese toastie with chopped iceberg. Tasty enough I guess. Scottish breakfast OK. Service wasn't great...forgot our tea and coffee ordered with breakfasts, and when reminded, bought each separately and forgot milk ...which had actually been an option on ordering. Bit sloppy all around really :

What an amazing find. The service was great, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. We will be back
