Shahi Manzil - Edinburgh, City of

OMG, I wish I could get an Indian meal as good as this where I live. Bhajis are great, raita great, curries are awesome. Fairly big portions too. Dopiaza is delicious

We are from West Yorkshire the curry capital of the UK. We are very particular about our curries, naan breads etc. Our half term break would normally be in Europe but because of Covid19 we chose Edinburgh even though bars and restaurants are closed. On our second night we fancied a curry and after looking on just eat we chose Shahi Manzil, had 3 chicken pathias with garlic naans and chips, delivery was bang on time, the food was super hot and really fresh and tasty, so much so tonight on our last night we ordered again, this time a chicken korma and 2 chicken pathias plus garlic naans, onion bhajis and chips, again great delivery service and super hot and tasty, great portion size. The only slight downside for us was the bhajis were burger style not the usual ball style we are used to and not just as tasty but this may be a regional difference. All in all I’d definitely recommend this place especially in light of current restrictions in place, great food and portions for a good price.

Delicious food I have ever seen in Edinburgh.its too good especially mixed veg Bhaji with chapatti,awesome taste.its unforgettable experience.we have seen a lot of restaurants here but we got the same taste in every place. Here different with delicious and it reserved that the name shahi manzil.
