The Albanach - Edinburgh, City of

I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, the staff was very friendly, and they had a wide selection of whiskeys. I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I stopped by for a few pints and some whiskey, and was impressed by the nice selection and knowledgeable staff. I then decided to order some food and it was delicious. The atmosphere was great and the bar itself was lovely.

I visited this restaurant a couple of times while strolling along the Royal Mile. It was super warm and cozy but still had a modern feel to it.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel staff (the Motel One), and it was delicious. I would start off, however, that greeting guests for a 7:30pm seating with we 're out of such-and-such is not a good way to start the meal. Also, their idea of drenched in cheese doesn 't exactly match the reality. My hamburger was delicious, and it was obvious that the packed bar area indicated a very, very popular place for the locals. Yes, I would return.

TOURIST TRAP! Order at the bar, then find out what you’ve ordered is sold out. Then, they don’t refund your money. Very shady. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
