The burger is truly delicious and juicy—the meaty flavor pairs wonderfully with the speck and the various toppings. Personally, I'm not a fan of tomatoes, but they actually complement the burger's sweetness quite well. The portion size is generous and feels substantial. The patty is large, making it a satisfying burger. Given the price, it offers excellent value for money. It's a big, slightly upscale burger! If you dine in, you also get a hearty serving of fries, which is a nice bonus.

They weren't joking when they said the burgers were excellent. The burger I had was truly delicious, and I also tried the haggis cheesy fries, which were great. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, offering some good suggestions. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience.

The waiter was incredible! I really wish I could remember his name because he went above and beyond to check on my unusual allergy and was just so sweet. My friend, who I visited in Great Britain, always joked about taking me to American food restaurants, but I’m so glad we came here. The burger I had was delicious, and the fries were mouthwatering!

I had the classic chickenburger and pommes. the burger was absolutely delicious and the pommes were mouthwater. the ambiente was perfect for a visit to a sunny day and the place is ideal for anyone whether they are a group of friends or want to visit with a family. overall my order cost me 15 pfund, so I would say it was moderately expensive, but still on a lower end than similar restaurants and I think this place is definitely worth a visit

Great vibe, lovely team working there and faaabulous burgers! We popped in around 5pm on a Sunday and for a Royal Mile place, it was nice and quiet. Food came super quick and perfect. Byron is one of my and my boyfriend's favourite burger places so its great to try a new location!
