I am always cautious using Chinese takeaways. However... The Silver Bowls food is absolutely delicious... Highly recommended the beef it just melts in your mouth. The portions size is amazing. The food arrives piping hot, service has always been fantastic... Other takeaways could learn a thing or two from them... Probably the best Chinese takeaway in Edinburgh...

Silver Bowl offers the best Thai food in Edinburgh, without a doubt. Coming from New York City, where there is a wide range of excellent cuisines, I've noticed that Edinburgh doesn't have as many dining options compared to other cities. However, Silver Bowl Thai has never let us down. Every meal is delicious, and the service is consistently friendly. The staff clearly makes an effort to know the locals who order frequently.

This was my first warm dinner experience in Edinburgh, and I can't believe it's closing! The quality of the food was exceptional, offering fantastic Chinese cuisine.

In my opinion, this is the best Chinese curry in Edinburgh. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the meats and seafood is excellent. Their spring rolls are quite substantial! The special soup is absolutely delicious.
