Subway Musselburgh - Edinburgh

I work in Musselburgh so I often go to costa for coffee. Went today after work the guy who served me was vile. So rude and could tell me ordering a coffee was a problem for him. Always found female staff lovely. He has put me off going back.

Coffee was perfect. However the service was shocking! Absolutely no festive spirit at all! I understand that today is boxing day and people would rather be anywhere but work. However the 2 team members made it very clear by telling every customer making us feel unwelcome. Almost like a burden. As somebody themselves that was working today in the hospitality industry I find this behaviour completely unacceptable. If this was my staff with our customers they would no longer have jobs.

We were attending a dance show at Musselburgh Grammar school on Sunday 4 June and decided to explore the town before the show. We popped into Costa for coffee and cake and were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, The coffee and cake were excellent.

Every time I come in here they are always missing an item. Thus time no ice for cold drinks last time no butter the time before that no ice again and there's been an occasion with no syrups. Get it together absolute disgrace

Coffee ok as per usual. Although I was really disappointed with there being no soap at all in the toilets especially in the times that we are currently in. Touching the door handles on way out transferring and virus onto others. Just plain laziness and disgusting when they serve food.
