When we arrived, we were the only ones present. Although their outdoor seating wasn't quite prepared for the sudden arrival of spring, the waitstaff quickly cleared a lovely spot for us and went out of their way to make us feel appreciated. The mussels were excellent, and we finished them off before the rest of our dinner arrived. The salsa criolla that accompanied the squid was clearly freshly made just for us, and the ceviche was fantastic as well. Additionally, the two waitresses welcomed us as if we were long-lost relatives.
The food here is truly authentic Peruvian cuisine and absolutely delicious. You can tell it's made fresh to order. It's evident that this restaurant is privately owned. We visited during lunch and, despite the busy atmosphere, the staff was remarkably attentive. I highly recommend visiting—just be patient and enjoy the experience. It's definitely worth the wait!
This restaurant is fantastic! I give it a full 5 stars. A charming young man took my order, and he was very respectful. I only had to wait 10 minutes for my food, and let me tell you, it was exceptional—I've never tasted anything so delicious! As a picky eater, I was surprised that I finished the entire plate. I definitely have to come back!
The food is genuinely authentic and delicious, and the staff is very accommodating. It's truly a hidden gem!
