Edison Tex Mex Deli

I've searched for decent mexican food locally for a long time and I finally found one. The food here is so good, that we ate here twice in one week. I highly recommend their flautas, quesadillas, and tacos. I plan on trying other options in the future. Oh, and they deliver too.

Amazing.. absolutely AMAZING tasting tacos! I usually have the Chorizo and Al Pastor. The staff is super friendly too.

The birria and quesabirria are delicious. Well cooked and seasoned (it has a little bit of heat), lots of cheese and very large portion. My only negative is that the birria tacos are made with corn tortillas and it has a strong flavor. However, the quesabirria is amazing, it comes in a pizza box and is large enough to share with 2 or 3 people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra cilantro and they delivered.

You must try the quesabirria from here! It's a big portion and they put it in a pizza box. Comes with two different salsas and the consome to dip your quesabirria in. We also tried the Monclova Hot Dog and the Burrito Texano. Both I also would recommend. The hot dog had bacon and it was cooked really well. It was very clean inside the restaurant and spacious.
