McDonald's - Edison

I ordered over eaten and I ordered a great meal and my pommes came half empty they did not fill them out. I feel like I didn't deserve my money. even with the meal I ordered, should come with a great Dr.Pepper without ice, they gave me a big coke with ice.

Manager of this facility is rude. the personal told me to turn me through the car drive. I asked for sweeter and more acidic sauce and the manager screamed that it is in the pocket and move the line. when I came to my surprise home, the nuggets were not in the pocket and no sauce. when I drove back and went in to express what the same rude manager looked at me and her eyes didn't rush. I also saw her talk to her personal, which is unacceptable. this manager needs training both in customer service and in the transition with their employees or perhaps the leadership position for them is not meant.

This position is terrible between the hours of 10 o'clock and close....consistently forget to put objects in the pocket. it is as if they stop nurturing how they come closer to close. this layer of workers deserves a fire to my guess.

Terriben service go it is honestly ridiculous how rude and careless the staff is here. the ghetto black man in the payment window eats his breakfast sandwich during payment. he seemed like he'd rather be somewhere else except working there. at the pick-up window there is not even a gruß. the girl who works there is literally still while I eat. not even a “Hello”. they all make mcdonalds look bad. if they hate their job, they simply don't get into the work or let them put it on the door, simple and easy. it's not like they don't pay well either.

I ordered a Spicy chicken Sandwich and the chicken is not even cooked properly we complained about it and the staff was rude stating that’s how it made, worst place to eat, Health inspectors need to inspect it
