Good food and service was quick. Didn’t like the mandatory tip for a party of any size
If you want a new experience in dining you have to try Ming. The service was very attentive without being in your face . It was a lovely night and we sat outside where there was no ambient noise to distract us as we talked with friends. But the real magic of Ming is the food. It is advertised as PanAsian, but unlike other PanAsian restaurants we've tried there was no confusion in the fusion. The chef has perfected the art of borrowing from Thailand, Malaysia Macau, as well as India he's tapped into Chinese regional cuisine like Hakka and Manchurian. The lobster in white garlic sauce was perfect, a bit spicy and not overloaded with garlic. The shredded crispy lamb is a must, the calamari with onion chili has to be tasted to be believed and the lotus root with honey chili was terrific. One of our friends went Chinese style, ordering the shrimp in black bean sauce which we all tasted and loved. Even the seafood soup was delicious, loaded with shrimp and crab. There is a good range of veggie dishes and the menu lists gluten free choices as well. Just go, the food will blow your mind.
Bad service, Bad food, no one to pay attention to what is required, food took more than an hour, was tasteless and poor quality, not going back
Too pricey for the quality of food and service provided.
