New Keum Ho Jung - Edison

I want to preface this review by saying, I did not have an opportunity to try any of the Korean BBQ. I have only eaten the dishes on the menu here. I came to Keum Ho Garden at around 8:30pm. It was busy inside but I wouldn't say it was packed. A few people in front of me were waiting to get a table, however, they left after ten minutes. It was also very hot and smoky inside, which made it very difficult to breathe. After placing our orders, we got our side dishes. The side dishes were relatively mediocre. I ordered the spicy cold noodles and the seafood udon. The cold noodles were practically flavorless. Whilst the udon was overly salty, to the point where it became unbearable to eat at certain points in time. I don't think the service was particularly good nor was the food. I also don't think that the quality of food is worth the money spent. I know that many of the other reviewers liked their Korean BBQ, which unfortunately I'm not able to accurately review. I think that there are other Korean restaurants in this area that have better food worth the money spent.

I ordered the sullungtang and it was pretty good. Minus two stars: 1 for being charged over the menu price Another 1 for the lady saying it was just broth and was not able to describe the dish appropriately. There was some beef,scallion, and also noodle as part of the dish.

First time eating Korean BBQ and really liked it. Fresh food, great service. We ordered a variety of food. Beef, chicken, vegetable dishes and it was very good.

Great service, food and BYOB. We also made reservations ahead on a Sunday night. Will come back again.

We went to celebrate today and left without even opening up our bottle. The service was HORRENDOUS. The wait staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We have never been to a korean bbq place that has it so only beef can be cooked on the grills. Imagine our surprise when we ordered beef and were brought an already cooked dish. When we asked our waitress about it, she was very rude and told us all beef EXCEPT this one dish. There were two women that came to our table and every time they passed us they gave us dirty looks. When we asked for rice and oil, they abruptly left without even answering us. When we asked again, they snapped at us and practically threw dishes on our table. The food is way overpriced, the wait staff is extremely rude, and they made us feel like we were not even worth a response to a question. If I could give 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY!!!
