Feedback gevenService here is a hit or miss. This location is very spacious and has a lot of seating. However, the removal of objects such as containers and bags is not easily accessible.
Always making my order wrong. It takes forever to make even a sandwich. Horribler customer service. Not attentive staff. Don't come here.
They just sent me the wrong order and now nobody will answer the phone to replace it the rating of zero
Like many have noticed after COVID-19 with this business (as well as others) the quality of service has dropped. How do you forget an entire focaccia bread loaf with only 3 items in the order? And when the bag they give you is sealed with a sticker for sanitary reasons, you assume (my fault) they have your order correct. I had to drive back from my place to the store to pick up the item they forgot. It?s disappointing when you pay for the prices you pay at Panera and this is what you receive.
I've been a regular for years now. And was always happy. But lately seems COVID and other challenges brought some changes that drastically lowered the quality bar. Missing items on curbside pickup almost always. Mostly something small like crumbs for a soup, but once the whole sandwich forgotten in 3 people order. My favorite french onion soup last time I ordered had one visibly non peeled and huge cut onion piece and had almost no cheese. My sandwich with beef was just that beef and bread no taste of cheese or horseradish that was supposed to be there as well. I really think they need to up their quality a lot. I will still return a few times just to give a chance after all those years .. But if that keeps going as it is... Nope.
