Good ambience. But very congested space for parking or drive thru. It will take more time to get in and get out than typical drive thru stores.

Service here is always great. Everyone is always happy and upbeat. Staff is fast and friendly. Unfortunately they have changed their working hours. So no more late Starbucks run for my friends and I. Some staff were happy with that, which I understand, especially if you have a family to go home to. Some staff were upset since their hours were cut. Overall this place never really runs out of any items. Which is why I always come here .

The quality of Starbucks and the staff were as expected, which is great! However, I experienced a very long wait in the drive-thru—about 45 minutes for just one standard drink. It seems the demand may be exceeding the staff's capacity. Interestingly, the cars ahead of me also seemed to have simple and small orders.

I'm not usually one to write online reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here. Some of the staff at the drive-thru are quite rude. If you’re unhappy in your job, I understand, but please don’t take it out on your customers. I've encountered the same woman being incredibly rude and making snide remarks on two separate weekends. Additionally, the strawberry açaí drink is almost always watery, even when I request less ice or less water.
