If I could I would give them a zero rating. Order from the store in Edmond on 2nd street yesterday and the sandwiches had brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes and the meat tasted spoiled . I do not recommend this place

Terrance at the Edmond location on 2nd ST is so amazing!!! Great customer service and awesome food. I called in and placed a pick up order just before close and he put the same amount of love into it as if it were the first order of the day! Thank you for being my 10 minute hero!!!

I never ate here I called to try to find out how to get ahold of the owner to complain about the Danforth location. The first manager I talked to apologized and she handled my complaint better than anyone at the corporate office did as far as customer service goes. She said I could come to their location but didn't offer free food. She gave me a number but it wasn't the right name according to the store manager I spoke to later, so I didn't call it. The store manager told the owner about my complaint she said but I think I spoke to him before when she told me his name and nothing ever happened that should have after that. Read my other reviews of the other locations.

This was my first time here. It was not bad but not overly impressive either. The bread was a bit stale and the sandwich I ordered has a relish on it that did not taste very good. The staff was kind and did a good job serving. The decor inside was pretty cool and made up at least 1 Star.
