The best ice cream me and my daughter have ever had !

Always loved cold stone. The only I would suggest can change is the straws that go with the shakes. The current straws are meant for cold drinks not shakes. You guys need a thicker straw. I had to stop by at Jack in the box to replace it.

The ice cream is great, but I was horrified by the lack of hygiene that one of the workers displayed. She came from the back, touched a couple of things, then reached into the Kit Kats, broke 2 apart and returned 1 all with bare hands. She then went back into the back of the building, only to return moments later to put back a broken Kit Kat and grab a new one. I informed the other staff member both times, yet he only took out the Kit Kats she touched the 1st time. The 2nd time he just moved onto the next customer.

Great choices of ice-creams and a service. I have so far tried Founder’s Choice Ice-Cream and Strawberry Blonde. The taste is delicious

Lady was super sweet!! Oh and ice cream was good. Got the dark chocolate with kitkats!
