Our waitress told us she was new, not a big deal, everyone is new at one point. We ordered drinks that took about 10 minutes to arrive. While we were waiting for drinks, our waitress apologised for a table of teenagers, because her food was not ready and promised to come soon. In addition, another table had no plates to eat an app because they were out of plates... then we placed our drinks and our order. We had a bad feeling when our waitress tipped on several pages in their order book before we find a place to write our order. We saw them run away from our table (there was a lot of running not sure why) and did not see that they entered our order for at least 10 minutes. About 20 minutes after the order, our waitress went to the table asking for plates and asked them if they had ordered Edemame, which they did not. Luckily it was for the table of teenagers and they could get food before the restaurant became the Lord of Flying. The waitress apologized again for the delay. A few minutes later the waitress ran to us and asked if we ordered gyoza what we didn't. It has now been about 45 minutes and the "Plattentisch" got their food, although possibly the wrong roles. The table behind us, who came in after sitting, got her roles, and a new table sat next to us, where we could hear our waitress, describes herself as “woman” and hear how she shouts out “hell yea” when a male enjoyed a drink. Now it's about 50 minutes in and we're asked what we ordered. About 10 minutes later the food began to trick. We finished our roles and left before the teen table ever received its food. I hope the teenagers were able to make it school the next day, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were still waiting at their table to come to their sushi. Kioto organized.
Our sushi was delightful, and the quiet atmosphere great service made this such a great experience!
Everything we ordered was delicious. They were a little short staffed the night we dined but they were still great. We will definitely go back.
Love that this place has opened and is locally owned and operated on Edmond. Sushi was fantastic, spicy seafood miso soup incredibly good. The service was exceptional, lovely people. Great sake, cocktail and drinks list.
