Feedback gevenChecked in around 3pm, Aug 12 2023. Aproached the front desk, I said we had a reservation, and the female clerk just stared at me. After a few seconds I again said we have a reservation. Again the clerk just stated at me. Finaly she rudely said I don't know you. Excuse me I said. Pretty sure that was not how you greet a guest.The clerk assigned our room. We went up stairs, unlocked our room only to find it was occupied by 2 men. How embarrassing.Went back down to the clerk and told her what was wrong. She asked why we unlocked someone else's room. Ding ding. You gave us the room number and the key. Without apologizeing she gave us another room. Now around 3 am we awoke sweating to find the room ac had broken down. I went downstairs and told the clerk that since La Quinta had a guarantee 100% satisfaction we would like our Wyndham points returned. He said the manager would be in at 9am. So at 10 am im back at the desk. Same female clerk as yesterday. I asked to speak with the manager and she said he would be here on Monday. I asked her to call him and she refused. She said that the room ac problem was not her problem. I again asked her to call her manager. So im writing this review. I hope the Edmond manager reads this and returns my Wyndham points, its the right thing to do. The day clerk needs a hospitaliy course.And yes I will not be returning to this particulare hotel. Manager again has not returned my call. I will be calling La Quinta and Wyndham corporate tomorrow.

Clean. Breakfast was decent. We ended up in a room. There was high pitched noise going on intermittently pretty much the entire stay. I assumed it was water pipes. The hotel is located just off the highway in a 'cluster ' of hotels. It more or less shares a parking lot with another hotel.
Friendly staff upon arrival. Room was clean and bed comfy. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Decent size tv. Wish they would have had hbo selections. Breakfast had pastries, waffles, scrambled eggs and potatoes. No meat option as well as know biscuits and gravy though. Definitely would stay
Overall, good location, functional but sparse facility, KEY DISAPPOINTMENT: FRONT DESK. Having made my reservation on their website I thought check-in would be easy. I gave them my last name (Donaldson) and repeated it slowly... no comprehension I spelled it slowly... they couldn't find it. Fortunately, I had the confirmation in my Inbox, which I brought up on my phone and gave them the confirmation number. Finally they found it. CHECKING OUT THE NEXT MORNING: The woman at the front desk processed my bill and handed me the printed receipt without saying one word or even looking me in the eye. Clearly she was not happy to be there. Since there are 3 or 4 similar hotels on the same block, I suggest you try one of those before La Quinta, which used to be wonderful, but not anymore, at least not this one...
