McAlister's Deli - Edmond

I had lunch here a few months ago, but not sure what happened to my review. turkey club, broccoli cheddar soup, pickle and ms. vickis jalapeno chips. Eat was good, but there was a terrible bleach/urea smell that made it quite hard to enjoy my lunch. the lady who took my order was super friendly, but it seemed that the other more in social technology than customer service. it took at least 3 minutes to make them realize that I was standing on the switch with an empty cup. it was the manager who refilled my cup. I'll try again, just because they're on the road from my office.

Service was terrible! manager was rude and dissatisfied after the order was wrong.

Great lunch today. we had here this afternoon. I had a turkey melt, and it was excellent. this is the second time that I had this sandwich, and it both really enjoyed it. the rest of the meals were also excellent I have read the other reviews here for the first time today. we have eaten at this place at least 10 times last year and never experienced any service or food problems (which is why we always come) I would recommend mcalister’s in general, and this place, at every 03 august 2014 update had lunch here today, great experience as always. The personal distributes the experience. eating is usually quite delicious, but the staff leaves much to be desired. they are slow and often on their pauses congregate. I found that annoying, but back to eating. Today, one of their associates has the kind and wisely mocked, as I speak (I have a speech disability), while I sat with their friends on a break. I loved the summer staff, but unfortunately probably won't go back because the experience I had today.

Very slow service. My wife and I both ordered half a sandwich and a soup. It took nearly 30 minutes for them to bring our entrees. I ordered a desert and they brought that out at about 15 minutes and acted like we had already had our entrees. The food isn't bad, but it's not worth the poor service.
