Feedback gevenI have been a customer of this store for awhile now. I use to go here and get my lunch on a daily. One day, I decided to take my daughter here to grab some lunch. At the time of our visit, there was only 1 other customer inside. I did noticed an employee of upper management on the floor feeding her toddler daughter. As my daughter and I continued to order and pay for our food. We went to the servicing area for our drinks. We then sat down at a table on the other side of the half wall from the upper management lady and her toddler daughter. As we ate the mother/manager team (shirt was different from the crew) got up to help the crew with the rush. Her daughter started fussing. With me being on the other side of the wall. I was able to play peek-a-boo with her. I suppose mom/manger did not like me doing that. I say that because she left the line and rush to come grab her daughter out of the highchair and placed her on the ground. The little girl was excited walking around smiling and baby talking. It was cute!! But, the little girl wanted her mother. The little girl did travel behind the counter and got to her mom who was on the food line helping serve customers during the rush. The mom/manager placed her daughter in front of the cash register for the 3rd time. Before the 4th time could happen. I did take it upon myself to help mom and try to entertain her daughter again with peek-a-boo. The little girl did attempt to try to walk back behind the counter again. Maybe I shouldn't have but I did. I picked the little girl up who was walking behind the counter and went to place her in her highchair. The mom/manager again came off the food line and snatched her daughter out of the chair. Mom/manager did say thank you with an expression of rudeness. I did not pay any attention to that. I would have been upset as well. However, to have a toddler or any child under age behind a counter in a food establishment is unhealthy and a big safety hazard to the employees and to the lit
Good Food. The service is meh.. pretty sure employees don't want you there and the Coke Freestyle machine never has more than 2 options it seems.
This location is great and Qdoba is awesome! My meal yesterday was SOOOOO good even though I?ve been on a Qdoba kick for MONTHS now. What really impressed me (other than my food yesterday just being so amazing and tasty crispy quesadilla, fresh chips and queso) is how they handled the ONE time they messed something up for me. They goofed it up twice in a row and I didn?t notice until I got home, but the manager told me they would cover my meal next time, and they did. And neither person seemed irritated with me which is great. I know that we are all human and things happen. They handled it the right way! And that?s a REALLY good success ratio for food these days, since I eat their often. I?m impressed with how consistently FRESH the food is. I just really can?t get enough of these quesadillas and Diablo queso! The new sweet and spicy chicken is good too! MORE PLEASE.
I ordered a bowl and got the avocado peel with the produce sticker still attached. A) lack of attention B) unsanitary. How ever before that I though it was delicious.
My wife and I came in and they were incredibly busy with to go orders. A good 15 printed out just while we were there and they were already working on a stack. They took our order quickly and nicely. We never felt rushed through. They were very helpful. The kitchen was also suuuuper clean. As someone who works in the industry it made me very happy to see that. Definitely recommend coming here. Cleanliness and customer service are top notch.
