Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Edmond

I have been very disappointed with this restaurant recently. They consistently make mistakes with orders, and it takes multiple attempts to get them right. In our last three visits, we asked for extra fries instead of coleslaw, but they only partially fulfilled our request. They rarely ask if you want ketchup, and when they do, they only give a small amount, even if you request more. Our most recent visit was the worst. We ordered two combos with extra fries instead of coleslaw, and my partner asked for no ice in their drink. The person taking our order did not repeat it back to us, and the total cost was higher than expected. When we reached the second window, the teenager working there was rude when we asked them to repeat our order and found out they had given us extra fries instead of coleslaw. They also gave my partner a drink with ice, despite him specifically asking for no ice. When we received our food, they slammed the window and ignored my partner when he tried to ask for ketchup. As we drove away, they opened the window to laugh at ignoring him. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I am usually a big fan of Cane’s and have visited this location multiple times, but today it smelled like cigarettes and we couldn’t even finish our meal, which rarely happens. I’m not sure if the oil they used to cook with was burnt, but it was really off-putting. We will probably drive 15 minutes to another location to avoid experiencing this again.

I am giving this restaurant a 3-star rating because some days the food is fantastic, hot, and fresh. However, on other days the fries are cold and the cooking seems rushed. I will still continue to eat here in the hopes of experiencing another good meal.

Looks as if cane’s has become the victim of president biden’s build back bamboozle plan. they try to hit the ends by shrimping the chicken down on the size of my thumb! his make due with less inflation (tax) kills us.

Location was clean with some neat decor. No lines, and not a long wait for our food. Love their chicken ?
