Taco Bell - Edmond

We are regular Taco bell customers. And I mean 3x a week customer. This time my students wanted Chinese food from a restaurant but they didn't have room for us to sit and eat there. So we came over to this Taco bell to eat the food and for the kids who wanted Taco bell as well. The manager told the employee to tell us to leave because we couldn't bring outside food. Honestly this isn't the way to treat customers who are loyal to Taco bell. Customer Service was simply TERRIBLE!!!?

It crazy how lazy someone can be literately try to pick up my order that was messed up and was told to come inside ?

Only location of 3 to answer phone to say when lunch starts this Sunday and it's 9AM. Manager happy to answer some questions I had. Remodeled since I was here last and no soft seats anywhere unfortunately. The counter guy was extra patient and nice with my special order and when I changed my mind on something. He did forget my cinnamon twists until I went back and asked. It's normal for all the locations in Edmond to mess up your order so always check your bag in drive thru before you leave the window!

Haven't been here in a while. Ordered 4 Soft Taco Supremes and 2 Doritos Loco tacos. It's not as good as it used to be, and for the cost, it wasn't really worth it..

Food was good. Served quickly. It was very clean and kept.
