Last night, my experience at the restaurant was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Steven, the manager. Amidst a technical glitch that brought their ordering system to a halt, Steven demonstrated remarkable leadership and hospitality. Instead of allowing the situation to disrupt our evening, Steven personally ensured that our wait was comfortable and enjoyable. He set up a table for us, generously offering complimentary drinks along with chips and queso. This gesture not only alleviated any inconvenience but also turned an unforeseen problem into a pleasant and memorable experience. Steven's proactive approach and ability to maintain a high level of service during unexpected challenges are commendable. It's clear that he prioritizes customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to ensure it. His professionalism and kindness are a true asset to the restaurant. We'll definitely be returning, not just for the great food, but for the excellent service that Steven provides.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food was flawless. I requested for my jalapenos and onions to be well-done, and they did just that! Instead of just grilling them for an extra 30 seconds like most places, they actually listened to my request and prepared them exactly as I wanted. The burgers were served hot and fresh, and they were absolutely delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the side of queso made them even more enjoyable. This is now my go-to spot for burgers.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and it has now become our go-to spot for meeting up to exchange kids. The food is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly. We will definitely keep coming back to enjoy the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.
