Sabor Restaurant - Edmonton

I would give this restaurant more than 5 stars if I could! Our team had lunch here today and it was a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. The service was quick, friendly, and impeccable. While the prices may seem high, the quality of the food makes it well worth it. The decor is comforting with warm wood, brick, and gentle lighting. The tables are well spaced apart, allowing for a peaceful dining experience. The attention to detail is evident in the beautiful table settings and even the disposable napkins feel luxurious. The Seafood Paella was packed with prawns, scallops, calamari, mussels, clams on a bed of saffron rice and vegetables. The freshness of the seafood and vegetables shone through in every bite. The Triple Chocolate Slab dessert was a decadent treat that I couldn't resist. I will definitely be returning, next time for dinner. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I just returned home from a fantastic birthday dinner at SABOR. It was absolutely perfect. Our server was outstanding and helped us navigate the menu since it was our first time there. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made us feel welcomed and never rushed us, allowing us to take our time. He kept our glasses filled and was very attentive. We opted for the family-style meal and added some extras to the first course. The oysters and piri piri prawns were amazing. The mussels and clams in a creamy tomato sauce were tender and delicious. We also enjoyed the eggplant curry dip and marinated olives. For the main course, we had haddock and sea bream on lobster risotto, which was rich and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and we couldn't finish it all. The trio of desserts - crème brûlée style custard, tart cherry cheesecake, and bitter chocolate mousse - were all delicious. We enjoyed 2 bottles of Villa Real rosé and were surprised with 2 special 'birthday ports' for our celebration. This was truly an exceptional dining experience, the best we've had in Edmonton. We will definitely be returning!

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Edmonton. The Piri Piri prawns were fantastic - I would definitely recommend them.

5 star plus this is the best restaurant in Edmonton by far. The food and service are amazing, I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. Congratulations !

The food was absolutely delicious and service was great. Our waiter was friendly and accomodating even when he was super busy! Definitely recommend this place!
