Mcdonald's - Edmonton Canada

This location has the worst service. They told me to wait in the parking lot even though no one was behind me in the drive thru. I suppose they have to pad their wait time stats. Waited 15 minutes only to receive half my order. Waited another 5 minutes and got fed up and went inside. Got handed bag and the fries were missing. With another couple minutes and then left with the order. Got home and realized no straws were given for the drinks and the wrong dipping sauces were given ??‍This wasn't the first time this location has messed up my order or forgot to give straws.

Very bad. The order was issued incorrectly. The appearance of the burger is also not what it should be. Everything was served slowly.

I arrived to place an order, only to find a new employee attending to me. To my dismay, the manager, rather than offering assistance, proceeded to subject the inexperienced individual to humiliation. This displays an appalling lack of work ethics. The manager was of Philippine origin, standing tall with short black hair.

Had to drop off the car again and the only place close by is McDonalds. Went with the tried and true sausage and egg McMuffin, and it was as expected. However, how hard is it to centre the cheese on the sandwich? Jeez!

Poor Service We made an online order to deliver and after 30 min waiting we got sandwiches with no patty in it ? Only lettuce and sauce inside ??? I don’t know if that is done in purpose so that McDonald’s keep us healthy ?
