Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria Ft. Mcmurray

Amazing! The guys working were very professional and polite. Pizzas were crazy fresh and so delicious. Store was very clean inside too. So glad to see a new spot around town with good food! Well done can?t wait to be back!

Pizzas and wings were ordered for a group event and both were delicious. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic and the team really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Jordie who took our order, followed up on the date and time and provided great customer experience.

I had such high hopes for this place? The pizza was so incredibly undercooked that it was mostly inedible. I had to eat around the soggy uncooked dough which encompassed most of the pizza, I was basically only able to eat the crust. Soggy and flavourless. The only thing that gave this sad excuse of a pizza any flavour was the chilli salt. When people pay almost $25 for a pizza in the hopes of having a nice lunch with some leftovers for dinner, at least cook the thing. I guess maybe this is why there was nobody in the restaurant. Do better Famoso, I should have just flushed my $25 down the toilet.

Unfortunate for me to be the big bad ?Karen? today. I had to comment on the lack of hand washing and sanitation that I was seeing. The prosciutto from my pizza was tossed from one staff member to another before it went on my pizza and it hit the outside of the pizza box. I don?t think I am asking too much for some hand sanitizer or hand washing or gloves before you touch my pizza crust when you cut it or before putting ingredients on it. She had just been touching the cash register and machines with other customers. The girl did offer to re-make the pizza but I waited 30 mins for it already. She did not seem too concerned. I will not be back.

The best pizza around. Can?t get a better thin crust in the city. Plus the service is awesome and the atmosphere is comfortable. Love it here and will keep going back.
