Blaze Pizza - Edmonton

Service was a bit slower as we went right at noon so we hit the noon rush. Staff are very efficient so even if you only have an hour for lunch this place works great.Love the create your own as they have so many great toppings. Baked fresh so crust and flavor are always good.Filled in their survey so got a free dessert this trip. It was 7/10 would not buy, but nice promo.Lots of dine-in seating and comfortable atmosphere.

I do love the blaze pizza, love that you can get what you want on a pizza, and really love that the pizza is cooked in a big fire oven. Love the dough that they make, when cooked with fire, it always makes the crust so perfect, crispy and has that satisfying chew. The staff are always really friendly and helpful as well!Vegetarian options: You can always choose toppings that are non-meat!

Awesome first experience there after eating wifes leftover pizza from her lunch a week or so ago. I loved ot so she said we gotta go get it hot and fresh somtime soon so we went tonight ???perfect other than the price. Excellent food and good staff

First time visiting Blaze Pizza and wow what amazing service from, (not sure their name) but the gentleman near the end and the shorter asian woman. I also noticed them being slightly understaffed and overwhelmed it seemed as my pizza took a bit to build otherwise, 10/10 service!

Disappointing Experience at Blaze PizzI recently had a disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza and felt the need to share it with others. I have been a regular customer of Blaze Pizza and have always enjoyed their food and service, but this time things didn't go well.I visited the Blaze Pizza location with my family and ordered four pizzas. When I asked for some clear cups for water, the staff hesitated and the manager, who was there, outright refused to give me any. Apparently, Blaze Pizza has stopped providing water cups and insisted I buy bottled water instead. As someone who frequents the place, I was quite disappointed with this new policy.Water should be a basic offering, and denying a simple request for water cups is a letdown, especially when it hasn't been an issue before.
