Boston Pizza - Edmonton

Went for night out after a long work week, we were seated quickly and had our order taken in a smooth efficient manner by Nikki (our server) Food and drinks arrived in short order .Nikki was very attentive to our needs and was very pleasant to interact with. I ordered the new garlic shrimp and pasta dish and surprised at the large amount of shrimp that I received. The food was hot and tasty and the beer nice and cold. We enjoyed a nice evening out and will definitely return.

Service was amazing and far above other restaurants that I've been to as of late. Food was typical chain food but still better than other BP's.

Went on a Thursday for a break from home cooking service was fast and attentive.food was hot and of good quality.Nice break for a quick evening out.Would return

Went there yesterday after working a long day expecting something to eat and decent service. Wrong! it started when I walked in. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me- the waitstaff was ALL in the back getting together to take out a single piece of cake for someone's birthday. OK, I could understand. but they didnt even know which table they were going to. Someone else from the back came out hollering they were going to the wrong table! Finally I got seated after that kerfuffle. I did get a menu immediately and was asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered tea and that was brought to me quite quicklly by another waitress (not the same one that seated me.) And she promplly asked me what I would like to drink. when I told her she had just brought my tea and that's what I was drinking she looked rather amazed. Not sure why. Anyway she went away and came to take my order- shrimp tacos with garden salad and blue cheese dressing. Well she wasn't sure they had blue cheese dressing, and I told her in that case I would take the caesar salad. She came back a couple of minutes later and said she remembered the blue cheese dressing but got distracted with the birthday cake and couldn't remember my order. My order did come out and I could see it under the lamps. there it sat for at least another 6-7 minutes while the waitress herself ate and did heaven knows what else (basically disappeared.) Finally she went and got the salad and added it to the shrimp tacos and brought it to me (at this point I had been in the restaurant over 20 minutes) Well the shrimp was barely warm and certainly not very appetizing- she apologized again and said she got distracted over taking a cake out for a 2nd birthday party. That's distraction

We went to the lounge as there was a wait in the main area. We were seated right away and service was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient staff. The food was hot, came out of the kitchen within 20 minutes and everyone's meals were well presented and tasty. It just doesn't get better than this! Will definitely be back and we would recommend this location to friends and family
