Boxer Albertan Kitchen - Edmonton

The service was excellent and so were also the cocktails. the atmosphere of the restaurant is cool, but unfortunately it has not been measured. for the appetizer course we had Brussels sprouts that were great, but the charcuterie was not great and the hot olives had a nice smokey taste, but I thought some olive oil would have used to bring them to the next level. for the Entrée course; steak frits, the meat was inevitable hard, the truffle huh had little truffle taste and the accompanying risotto was crispy and not very hot. the arctic char had a strong fish taste not usually present with arctic char, but the burgers were very good. the deserts were also very good.

Beautiful drinks, really nice eating and beautiful atmosphere. very pleasant staff and enjoyed the design of the restaurant. do not have five stars as we feel that the waiting time for our main courses was long considered that the restaurant was not close to capacity. also, when leaving the at the beginning was quite irony and should have been ground. these small problems will not prevent us from returning.

Excellent experience! I wanted to celebrate my birthday, and the personal was so courteous when I asked myself to see if we could add more people to our reservation. the ambiente is so cool and eating was amazing! this was a first visit for all in our group and we all said that boxer was a fantastic fund! will surely come back!

Never disappointed! The cocktails are innovative and delicious. The food has amazing flavor. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or gathering with friends!
