I have visited this restaurant about five times now and have had mixed experiences. The burger is consistently the best item on the menu. However, I would recommend avoiding the fish and chips. The chicken caesar salad was amazing the first time I had it, but the second time the chicken was tough and gristly. When I mentioned this to the server, she did not seem to care and just shrugged it off. It seems like they do not prioritize customer satisfaction, perhaps because they are located in a hotel and always have new customers coming in. I was also surprised to learn that they do not have honey for tea, as this is a basic condiment that most restaurants carry. The breakfast menu looks promising and is available all day, so that might be a safer choice. A friend ordered the roast beef sandwich and said it was good, but she took half of it home, which makes me question how great it really was. Overall, I would say that this restaurant has its highs and lows, and it may be hit or miss depending on what you order.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!Normally the food is good and comforting. Today the soup tasted sour my daughter refused to eat it, so I tasted it and we told the server it tasted off. Sour or something. we just didn’t want it which says a lot considering chicken noodle is our fav.Then the cook comes out to our table while we are eating. and yells at us and humiliates us in front of the whole restaurant!!!! We are mortified.Some other guy comes over and tells us that’s the owner and not just the cook and he’s a bit hot headed. And hopes we will come back.Never! We have been eating here forever and will never come back!!The food is subpar on a good day but at least it was consistent. We won’t be missing out.

Just visited this place as I have many times before, this however will be the last time.Service staff were totally inconsistent couldn’t even get seated, no acknowledgment. While there were many clean tables the server continued to clean them ignoring people lining up. Then to make matters worse people coming after were getting their orders while we still hadn’t received menus!I will happily spend my money and time elsewhere.
