We visit this restaurant quite often because it is conveniently located near our home.
Visited this restaurant tonight to catch up with some friends and enjoyed the bottomless chips and salsa together.
I was at this restaurant late on a weekday, until closing, in a large, loud group. The staff was incredibly friendly considering how loud and a little rowdy the group got, they handled the bill for the group well, and were very accommodating. They took the liberty to add their military discount even though the group hadn't said anything, just because they overheard the conversation, as well they had drink specials during the hockey game that made the bill unexpectedly reasonable. Everyone enjoyed the food. Honestly, if they were able to handle that group last minute for almost 4.5 hours, I'm impressed.
My husband, my son and I wanted to go out to eat so we picked Chili's. We walked in and there was a sign to seat ourselves so we did. We waited about 15 minutes, even got ourselves a high chair. We watched staff member after staff member walk by us with not one person saying a word. We watched 2 other couples walk out and decided to do the same. We would not have waited that long but with a 2 year old, it makes things a bit slower packing up. Not too sure if we'll be back after this. Walked over to BPs and had excellent service. I can say they definitely deserved our 20% tip over there!
