When my son tried his drink, it turned out to be extremely hot and he ended up burning his tongue. I questioned the server about the temperature difference between our drinks, and she insisted that they were the same. However, after comparing our cups, it was clear that my son's drink was significantly hotter. I expressed my concern to the server, but she blamed me for ordering a hot drink. Despite my initial request for a warm drink, my son suffered burns in his mouth and is now unable to eat. The inconsistency in temperature between our drinks was disappointing and led to a negative experience at this restaurant.
The staff was unable to speak or comprehend English. When I inquired about the ingredients in a drink, the server simply shrugged and mentioned gravy and cheese curds. While we waited, the shelf in the fridge broke and our drinks were not what we had requested. They were not mixed properly and had sugar settling at the bottom. I do not suggest this restaurant.
You guys, the attitude thingy is just because they are immigrants from a country. sometimes they won't understand you.
I think overall I enjoy cocos the most out of all bubble tea establishments in Edmonton. Theirs just alot of menu items that i really like.Notables are the mango slush and almost all of the yakults. The regular milk tea is pretty good as well. Coconut jelly and brown sugar pearls are my favourite toppings from here.
This Coco location won't let you buy a Brown Sugar Macha Milk Tea with no ice. They say you have to get ice or you can't have the brown sugar pearls. I've never been to a Coco anywhere in Canada that's refused to make me a Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea drink with no ice. The staff told me it's the decision of management at this location. This store should follow the lead of every other Coco in Canada and allow customers to customize their drinks how they like it.
