Came for supper at Craft. If was definitely busy but not completely packed. The hostess said she didn't have any tables for us but she could seat us at the bar and we would be next when one opened up. She never came back to offer us a table and we were there at least 3 hours. Even when we originally sat down there were empty yanked that remained empty almost the entire time we were there. Service from the bartenders was good. The food was good, I wouldn't say great. The bacon in my burger was cold when I received it. The mac and cheese is fantastic though.
Came here few times and service has always been excellent. Lots of beer options. Nice decor. Prefer quiet afternoons vs evenings while it can get crowded and loud and less interesting. But this being said, a go to spot when visiting.
Visited here a couple of times during our recent trip to Edmonton. On both occasions, the restaurant was busy, but the service was very efficient and the food was really good. Kung Pao lettuce wrap and chicken ramen bowl are recommended. Great food.
Was initially greeted by no one at the front desk for 15 minutes. Eventually we were greeted by bar tender staff from third floor, but quickly forgotten about. We had waited 30+ minutes to even have another staff member come grab our empty drink cups and not even ask us if we wanted to order food. Poor service and super disorganized.
