OWNER RESPONSE: I and others have given several chances for this location. Not any more. EVER! If customer service is so important, please consider the dominant theme of reviews for this location. Its pretty clear that the Dairy Queen Fan RelationsTeam are just present in efforts to depict customer service, with no real intent to mitigate poor service at all. Otherwiselocations like this would be getting better as opposed to remaining the same or worse with multiple similar poor reviews andresponses from this team. Canned google review responses that do absolutely nothing except attempt to appear caring and resultin no change of the actual problem to begin with. Pretending you care is far worse than caring and missing the mark if thepretending stops there and doesn 't also find its way to the actual location or problem. Pretty close, if not IS the worst dairyqueen in the city. Staff is in slow motion, have zero customer service skills or any interest in their job whatsoever. Theysimply don 't care at all about customers or their job. Numerous occasions of varying issues at this location, all with zerocustomer service, caring, or any job effort at all. Strongly suggest a different dairy queen, any other one would greatlysurpass this location 's service level!

Otherwise, places like this would become better to stay in the opposite, the same or worse with several similar bad reviews and respond by this team. canned google review reply, which absolutely nothing except attempt to appear care and result no change of the actual problem to begin. before they take care, is much worse than the care and that is missing the brand when pretending to stop there and does not find its way to the actual location or problem. pretty close if not is the worst milk queen in the city. the personal is in slow movement, have zero customer service skills or any interest in their job at all. they simply don't care about customers or their job. numerous occasions of different problems on this site, all with zero customer service, care or any job effort at all. strong beat another milk queen, each other would very surpass this location service level!

We tried the strawberry cheesecake blizzard.. it was good. Definitely something worth trying

If the staffs allowing us to park infront of their store I dont mind supporting this business. But every time I visited the area with my toddler staffs is always occupied the front so I ended up buying food from somewhere. : ?

Good quality, a bit higher prices for the ice cream cake though compared to other DQ locations.
