Famoso South Edmonton Common

Food was top notch as usual! Staff were more interested in themselves and other off duty staff members then the guests. Had one server then poof had another no mention of the first one leaving, first one was doing her cashout at the bar right by front door. Only person working hard there was the single cook.

Food was very slow coming out. Waiter was very nice and apologized. Even gave us ice cream- gelato on the house. Salad was under dressed , prosciutto arugula pizza had WAY too much arugula. Daughter and husbands dinner was good.

Serving staff was incredibly friendly. food was delicious, famoso hasn’t disappointed us, yet. love the convenient location of this one.

Pizzas are so good and such a great value for the money spent. The beers on tap, small but great selection.

Came here with my 1/2 coupon with a girlfriend of mine for my birthday. Got seated immediately. Our server was super nice and very easy-going/down to earth. We had the cauliflower dip (yum) but I do think they could of put more chips or pieces of bread for the amount of dip we had since we had a lot of dip leftover. We also had the BBQ chicken pizza which was delish. We especially liked the amount of tomatoes we got on our pizza. It was so fresh! We would of liked our slices to be more definely sliced, as we couldn’t tell where the kitchen staff cut the slices with the pizza cutter. The gelato was amazing! My girlfriend said her latte was tasty and balanced nicely. Overall, our dining experience was great. I think just a few minor changes and the next time we go, it’ll be AMAZING!
