McDonald's - Edmonton

Initially, the service at this restaurant is quite slow. The employees need to quit arguing and concentrate on delivering top-notch customer service. I requested meals that adhere to my wife's dietary restrictions, but unfortunately they prepared them incorrectly not once, but twice. This was rather disappointing.

I stopped by for a few McFlurries and Ricky was the only one working without assistance. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and hardworking. Despite juggling multiple tasks, his customer service never faltered. Ricky is a young man with a bright future and he truly made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely go out of my way to return to this McDonald's.

This McDonald's location is just like any other one. The food is good and fresh, with the meat tasting a bit fresher than usual. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

Sunday morning at 9:30. I put my order on the machine. They needed ten minutes to produce a big breakfast and tea. There were at least 5 people waiting for food and it took forever to be served. It is not clear that people were actually served in the order that the orders were. The given numbers do not appear sequentially. Also they do not give you your drinks so you can start drinking them while you wait. The whole order comes up immediately. Apparently for their convenience and comfort, not those of customers. The introduction of the machine order reduces the interaction with the customer, makes it colder, more distant, less friendly. However, it did not seem to accelerate the interaction. Women's washroom had practically no toilet tissue. Restaurant was pretty busy, probably half the seniors. The restaurant is only three years old, quite clean and new looking.
