I have visited Ninja Club several times and have always enjoyed the food there. While the ramen may not measure up to that of bigger cities like Vancouver, it is still pretty good considering the limited ramen options in Edmonton. In addition to ramen, they also offer sushi, sashimi, donburi, and other small snacks. The restaurant has limited seating, so it's recommended to make a reservation for larger groups during peak times. Overall, it's definitely worth a try!
I had a great lunch at this restaurant. It appears to be a popular spot among students for its Japanese ramen. I wasn't too impressed with the maki rolls, as the rice layer was too thick and overpowered the other ingredients. The Japanese ramen, however, was delicious. The handwritten menu was a bit difficult to read. The tables were small and closely packed together, but the food was affordable and well-cooked. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.
The ramen at this place is amazing. Nomiya is no longer my go-to spot because this place serves the best ramen in the city. I always go for the Tan Tan Ramen, and if you want extra toppings, you'll have to pay extra - which is pretty standard. I mean, Earl's charges $3 for a slice of cheese. I highly recommend any of the ramen options, but I wouldn't have high expectations for the other menu items.
Adore this place! It isn't much in terms of the interior, but after living in Japan I am comfortable saying this is the best authentic ramen in Edmonton. The owners are also very kind and always open to advice and criticisms; all they really want at the end of the day is for you to enjoy your food!<br/ <br/ If you want a really authentic bowl of ramen, ask for them to make it heavy/authentic; they tone down the oil for our western palates, but ordering a bowl like this always reminds me of a late night bowl in Tokyo.
