Red Robin - Edmonton

We stopped on our way out of Edmonton and the place was not busy. It was 7pm on a Sunday night. It took 1 hour for our family of 4 to get our simple order. Tables were not cleared, the bathrooms were a mess. We should have left when other tables were asking to speak to the manager about the wait time. Tables around us who arrived after us got their food long before we did. The server felt bad, it was not her fault.

Stopped here for lunch as it seemed fairly busy & in a nice area. Our server was very good at explaining various items on the menu as we hadn't eaten here before. We both had burgers & I ordered yam fries with mine. When they came, the fries were stone cold & looked like they'd been sitting for quite awhile. I flagged down the server & told her the problem. She immediately offered to take them back to the kitchen & have them cook a fresh order. They were fresh & hot when they came & very good. My question is why did the kitchen send them out in the first place? The burgers were very good. Lots of items to choose from on the menu & the food & service was generally good. I would stop here again if I'm in town.

Fast and friendly service was provided by Ranae. So glad she was taking care of us. She got to know us and made us feel very welcome!

My spouse and I stopped in for supper & a drink. I had a cocktail with strawberries; he had a beer on tap. We ordered off the double burger menu (reasonably priced (under $10.00...came with fries. Excellent food- excellent service. Sat in the bar area. Would definitely recommend this place!

Had two previous bad visits to this location, but thought we would give it one more shot.Went there for my "free" birthday burger.The bun was rock hard, and I could not bite it. I could however "knock" on it. Our waitress disappeared. My family was finished eating, when she finally came around. At this point, it was too late, to wait for another burger to be cooked. I had been disappointed once again.We will not eat at the Sherwood Park location again, and probably not any location. The gourmet burgers are almost $20 now, and the quality does not justify the price.
