Feedback gevenThe food is excellent and reasonably priced. The service is fantastic; in my experience, the staff at the order counter are always smiling and bring a cheerful vibe. You won't have to wait long—usually just 10 to 15 minutes. If you order online and do it 10 minutes in advance, you’ll be all set. I highly recommend this place!
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude and arrogant! We called to place a pickup order while we were driving and wanted to order fried chicken. The woman on the phone answered with a curt "I don't know what you want, we don't have fried chicken!" when I asked about it. When I inquired about popular items on their menu, she replied dismissively, "We have lots! We've been here for 12 years!" Okay, but what does that matter if you can't even name one popular dish? It’s unbelievable! I will definitely not return to this place and I’ll be sure to advise my family and friends to stay away as well. If you're looking for disrespectful service, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, there are plenty of other local businesses that treat customers with respect and have better food quality. I would 100% NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
After that not-so-great experience, I thought I'd give it another shot and order just the bubble teas. I left another note explaining the previous issues, but once again, some items were missing, or I received something completely different than what I ordered. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since we love this restaurant. I tried calling to express my frustrations, but unfortunately, the person who answered couldn’t assist me because the manager wasn’t available. I understand it wasn't his fault, but they could have taken my number and called me back.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff member who took my order was quite rude. I specifically requested no vegetables due to my allergy to mushrooms, but my order was still incorrect, and she didn’t even repeat it back to me. When I called to address the issue, she apologized, but it didn’t feel sincere at all, and she seemed eager to end the call. She even implied that it was my fault. Having previously worked as a manager in another restaurant, I believe this manager is not fit for her role. She didn’t make any effort to resolve the problem. I thought good customer service was a priority at every restaurant. Other locations of Rice Bowl have been very pleasant and accommodating, but this one clearly was not. This was my first experience like this, and I will not be returning to this branch.
As for the food, I've only had the chance to try it once, but it was decent. I ordered a noodle dish with thin vermicelli noodles, which isn't really my favorite, especially since my mind wasn’t functioning at full capacity—I would have preferred rice. But that’s on me. The lychee smoothie with tapioca pearls, however, was fantastic!
