I'm back in England and I remember the tall girl with heart shaped glasses and the other girl that was shorter I wish I knew their names but just great. I used to come in nearly every weekend and buy breakfast. I noticed that one of them had drawn a heart on my bag. I wish I was a regular : I just realised I could write on here so they know a appreciate the the two women mentioned.
I always order my drinks with the Lactaid milk. Even the new cold brew with foam. They are able to make the cold foam with Lactaid upon request. I always make sure they are using it when they make the drink.
I have always liked going to this cafeteria but today I did not have a good experience, a blonde girl who makes and delivers the coffees is not friendly, she does her job, but she lacks empathy with the customers. Thank you
The staff and service at this restaurant are truly outstanding. I’ve visited several times and have always been impressed by the quick service, the friendly connections with customers, and the precision in preparing my drinks. However, I feel compelled to address an issue: it’s disappointing to see customers like Nicolas S shame employees for the way they fulfill orders, especially when he clearly struggles to communicate his requests. Perhaps instead of criticizing service workers, he could reflect on his own ordering skills and consider seeking some professional help.
I only had a small black coffee because I had just 15 minutes to spare before an appointment. Unfortunately, the coffee was excessively hot—almost boiling—and the heat completely masked any flavor.
