Tim Hortons - Edmonton

Normally, I can't wait to visit Tim Horton's when I am home visiting family. I have been to this location four times during my trip and each and every time my order has been botched. I order a simply mocha, extra shot, chocolate whipped cream. I'm charged for the shot and chocolate whip and each time they do not give it to me. I have to have them remake it. Do staff members simply not read an order or is charging someone and not supplying them with what they purchased okay with management? Definitely will not be back here.

I know that this will upset many of my Canadian friends, but Tim Hortons doesn't even come close to McDonalds for food, their pastries are only so-so when compared to Dunkin Doughnuts and don't even get me started on their coffee. The service line staff were only moderately friendly, I ordered coffee - black and got coffee with cream and sugar, took it back and got another one with sugar, took that back and they finally got it right. Had the equivalent to a sausage McMuffin with egg and got something on a half cooked English muffin with some kind of egg and something that was just passable for sausage. Totally bad experience.

Lots of goodies here, the hot chocolate is good and a donut to go with it.they have many fresh sandwiches to pick from. my son liked the honey crullers .

In a blinding flash of light, we were in and out of this TH because we were in a hurry. The service was good and so was the food (what else could we expect?).

I have always heard how great Tim Hortons is and was disappointed. Had the chicken salad sandwich which was horrible! I know chicken salad is suppose to be good but this wAs frozen. I should have taken it back but after traveling for two days, just didn't feel like the hassle. Coffee was great but then again I was tired.
