Tsujiri edmonton is a Japanese matcha restaraunt that serves many matcha desserts and drinks.I had the Matcha parfait which is very different from any parfait I've ever had. The Matcha flavour really comes through and the ice cream itself is much less sweet from what you would expect.I realized I'm more of a fan of sugar than the Matcha, but its still such a unique offering in Edmonton.

TSUJIRI is always a guarantee of excellent food and service. It’s a quite place that makes you to travel to another place, far away as Japan. There you can enjoy a meal or a beverage with a piece of its pastry that will surprise you more than once. My favorite is the yuzu cake with a hot yuzu tea. The soft voice of the waitress, some unexpected flavors and the delicate and detailed manufacture of the pastry and other products TSUJIRI offers are an experience by itself.

Sublime matcha! I got the Tsujiri Parfait and it was great! The combo of yuzu and matcha were delicious! And the addition of jelly mochi and fried brown rice really diversified the texture!
