If you ever wanted to taste Authentic Sri Lankan Sinhalesessen, you should get in here. I think this should be one of the few Sri Lankan restaurants in Alberta, which you can taste the typical Sri Lankan Sinhales dinner. That's the second time I tried Sinhales food in the last 5 years. For the first time on Victoria Islands, then here in Wasi's Edmonton. IF someone has to try more options, better to visit there on weekends. Friendly service, customer-oriented, caution, sinhales food is very hot, but of course you can adjust your taste. You always ask for the preferred spice level, so if you want, you can beat the red hot spicy dishes or mild as your tolerance. This is one of the specialties you should try. You will not find authentic Sri Lankan SINHALESE food in very often.
I have visited this restaurant many times and I am always impressed by the delicious taste of the food. The Kottu, funnels, and rollers are especially outstanding. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend trying them out.
This restaurant serves good and authentic Asian cuisine. We tasted Sinalese, Indian and Chinese dishes. We had Kotthu roti, chicken and beef noodles, chicken roast rice, Indian reds and butter chickens and they were delicious! The staff is very friendly and friendly and the service was... excellent. I would like to visit this place again with my family!
A group of four recently dined at a newly opened Sri Lankan restaurant in southwest Edmonton, Alberta. We started with two appetizers, both freshly prepared, especially the lentil vade, which was hot off the stove. Our dinner order of chicken biriyani with rice, chop suey, eggplant moju, fish curry, and vegetable fried rice was delicious and plentiful. The chop suey, served on a bed of rice, was made with fresh vegetables. The eggplant moju, a special Sri Lankan dish, was outstanding! We were then treated to a variety of Sri Lankan desserts including watalappan, coconut toffee, mango custard, lemon custard, and bibbikkan. They were all fantastic and reminded us of home-cooked meals. The staff was friendly and helped us choose the right amount of food. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. The restaurant is open every day of the week and offers Asian, Western, and Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend a visit for a taste of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.
