Wendy's - Edmonton

I ordered french toast sticks here and said they don’t have it anymore? it’s been a week since i last came in and they said that they’re out of stock of it. so i ordered a bacon poutine just to have a quick snack before going to work, the amount of cheese were a lot more than the fries which was very disappointing and i did not even ask for a bag yet they still charged me for one. i know its the new law of edmonton or something but aren’t they required to ask the customers before charging them for it? i always get food here and get good service but lately the staff have gotten rude and impatient especially the woman who took my order. this is just very upsetting.

Girlfriend went through the drive thru on way home from work to pick up dinner. Was greated nice by a guy at the drive through, then halfway through the order she got interrupted by a lady getting on the the microphone at the drive thru. The lady was very impatient and very rude. Did not let my girlfriend complete meal orders and cut her off anytime she said anything. Also I didn't get the correct burger even though it was said correctly when ordering. Tried to call the restaurant but it says the lines are busy which shouldn't happen at a fast food restaurant. Am not impressed at all and will not be going back there until there is a solution for the ladies behavior. That is not how you treat guests that are buying food from you. And you shouldn't treat people that way in general.

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered 2 bacon egg biscuit breakfast sandwiches and the biscuits were hard as a rock and totally inedible. Where is your quality control!

This wendys is always disappointing the staff doesn't make you feel welcome and the store is always dirty but the food was fresh and tasted great sooo...

I never had a problem here. I been going here for a long time. Never had a problem. I hope one day they serve my burger a bit raw so I can eat it. It wouldn't bother me.I always check my bag before I leave so they don't make a mistake.
